摘要
测试了玉米肽(CP)、玉米肽-锌螯合物(CP-Zn)以及香菇多糖作为佐剂配伍玉米肽-锌螯合物(CP-Zn-LNT)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。试验中CP、CP-Zn、CP-Zn-LNT分别灌胃高、中、低剂量水平,通过测其免疫器官指数、碳廓清吞噬指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖指数、DTH、IgA、IgG分析不同剂量的3种物质对小鼠非特异性免疫、细胞免疫、体液免疫的影响。结果表明:CP、CP-Zn、CP-Zn-LNT显著提高了免疫器官指数(P<0.05或P<0.01)、碳廓清吞噬指数(P<0.05),显著促进了脾淋巴细胞增殖指数(P<0.01)、DTH(P<0.01),明显提高了IgA(P<0.05或P<0.01)、IgG(P<0.01)含量。由此可见CP、CP-Zn、CP-Zn-LNT均能提高非特异性免疫、细胞免疫、体液免疫功能,且呈递增趋势:CP-Zn-LNT>CP-Zn>CP。Zn^(2+)加强了CP的免疫功能,LNT作为免疫佐剂与CP-Zn配伍,又进一步提高了CP-Zn的免疫效果。
In this paper, we investigated the effect of corn peptide (CP), corn peptide-Zn complex (CP- Zn) and LNT as immunoadjuvant combined with corn peptide complex on immunologic function of mice. Immunological effects of high, middle, low doses of CP, CP-Zn and CP-Zn-LNT administered to mice intragastrically were investigated in terms of non-specific immunity, cell-mediated immunity, and humoral immunity. The indexes of immune organs, phagocytic index, proliferation of splenic lymphocyte, DTH, IgA and IgG were tested. Compared with the control group, CP, CP-Zn and CP-Zn-LNT could increase the indexes of immune organs (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), phagocytic index (P〈0.05) and proliferation of splenic lymphocyte (P〈0.01), DTH level (P〈0.01) and IgA (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), IgG (P〈0.01). CP, CP-Zn and CP-Zn-LNT increased in three ways of immunologic function. At the same time there was increasing trend: CP-Zn-LNT〉CP-Zn〉CP. Zn^2+ improved the immune function of CP, and CP-Zn-LNT had further improvement on the basis of CP-Zn.
