摘要
文章从增强徐州市综合实力和区域竞争力的全局出发,深入分析了徐州市打造区域性产业科技创新中心的建设基础,剖析了徐州市产业发展迈向中高端的瓶颈制约,研究提出了4条建设路径,并进行了详细阐述。
This paper starts from the overall situation of enhancing the comprehensive strength and regional competitiveness of Xuzhou, makes an in-depth analysis of the construction cornerstone of regional industrial science ＆ technology innovation center in Xuzhou, and analyzes some industry development bottlenecks of Xuzhou, and at last proposes four strategic paths in detail.
