摘要
文章介绍了江苏省企业研发机构现状,分析了开展企业研发机构绩效管理的必要性和意义,运用层次分析法从研发能力、人员团队、运行绩效、运行管理4个方面构建了企业研发机构绩效评估的指标体系,形成13个二级指标并确定权重,为江苏省企业研发机构绩效管理提供参考。
In this paper, based on the introduction of the enterprise research and development (R&D)institutions in Jiangsu province, we focus on the analysis of the necessity and meaning of performance management for enterprise research and development institutions, and analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the performance evaluation index system of enterprise research and development institutions, including 4 first-level indicators: research and development capabilities, staff team, performance, operation and management, and further subdivided the system into 13 secondary indexes. This paper may provide a reference for the performance management of the enterprise research and development institutions.
