摘要
物流企业网点选址问题是企业物流系统规划的重要问题之一,而影响因素的确定是选址的基础。以D企业为例,通过分析D企业运行现状和运营模式发展趋势,提出针对D企业的选址需求,然后结合其需求,构建基于货源方向的网点选址影响因素层次分布。最后分别考虑企业视角影响因素权重以及客户感知价值视角影响因素权重,再对两部分权重进行综合,得到基于企业和客户双重视角的网点选址影响因素权重分布。
In this paper, with the company D as the example and through analyzing its operational status, business mode and development trend, we proposed the location requirement of the company, and in view of such requirement, built the hierarchy and distribution model of the outlet loeation influence factors based on the direction of the cargo sources. At the end, we weighted the influence factors respectively from the perspective of the company and its customers and integrated the two to obtain the weight distribution of the outlet location influence factors based on both the perspectives of the company and its customers.
