Design of Development Mode of Port Supply Chains in China

基于我国港口供应链的发展现状,设计符合实际情况的发展模式来指导我国港口供应链建设。从港前服务一体化、港口战略联盟、全球供应链管理中心、便利通关、绿色供应链、VMI管理、进出口专业供应链和供应链金融8个模块对该发展模式展开具体介绍。在此基础上提出我国发展港口供应链的对策与建议。

In this paper, based on the current development status of the port supply chain in China, we designed a suitable mode to guide the construction of the port supply chains in China, introduced in detail the eight modules of the mode, which were pre-port service integration, pert strategic alliance, global supply chain management center, convenient customs clearance, green supply chain, VMI management, specialized import/export supply chain and supply chain finance, and at the end, on such basis proposed the and suggestions for the development of the port supply chains in China.
