基于能力本位教育的物流专业创新型应用型人才培养研究——以应用型本科院校为例

Study on Cultivation of Innovative and Applied Logistics Specialty Talents Based on Competence-based Education:In the Case of Applied Undergraduate Universities

当前我国本科物流教育存在教学同质化现象严重、学科体系及培养体系不完善等短板,使得整体培养效果不理想,物流本科生就业形势日益严峻。在对我国高校物流人才培养现状及问题进行分析的基础上,提出应用型本科院校物流专业应确立明晰的创新型应用型高素质人才培养目标,并围绕该层次物流人才应具备的专业核心能力,开展基于能力本位教育的创新型应用型人才培养改革,并提出了相应的思路框架和实施路径。

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current status and existing problems of the university logistics talent cuhivatinn in China, we proposed that the logistics specialty of the applied undergraduate universities should target at the cultivation of highquality innovative and applied talents and then surrounding the necessary competence of such talents, implement the reform of the talent cultivation system based on the competence-based education. At the end, we presented the corresponding lines of thinking and action.
