胆木浸膏糖浆治疗小儿病毒性感冒临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Bile Extract Syrup in Treatment of Children with Viral Influenza

目的:探讨胆木浸膏糖浆治疗小儿病毒性感冒的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年10月-2015年10月收治的80例小儿病毒性感冒患儿,采取单双号的方法将患儿分为两组。对照组40例患儿采用常规的抗病毒药物治疗,观察组40例患儿采用胆木浸膏糖浆治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果及用药后的安全性。结果:经过治疗,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组出现不良反应3例(7.5%),对照组出现不良反应4例(10.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿病毒性感冒的临床治疗中,采用胆木浸膏糖浆治疗,能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状,产生的不良反应较少,临床效果显著,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Objective： To discussion clinical efficacy and safety of Bile Extract Syrup in treatment of children with viral influenza.Method： 80 cases of pediatric cold children at the author＇s hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were treated, and according to the odd and even numbers will adopt methods divided into two groups.The control group of 40 patients were treated with conventional antiviral treatment, observation group of 40 patients were treated with bile extract syrup wood treatment, clinical effect after administration and security were observed.Result： After treatment, the treatment of children in the observation group total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly higher than 77.50/0 of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, observation group, 3 cases of adverse reactions（7.5%） compared with the control group, four cases of adverse reactions（10.0%） occurs, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Concluslon： In the clinical treatment of children with influenza virus, the use of bile extract syrup wood treatment can effectively relieve symptoms in children, fewer adverse reactions, the clinical effect is significant, it is worthy of clinical widely use.
