摘要
目的:研究牙周治疗对牙周炎伴冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)及血脂水平的影响。方法:随机选取2013年-2015年在笔者所在医院进行治疗的牙周炎伴冠心病患者60例,按照随机原则分为两组,30例患者行常规内科维持治疗为对照组,此外30例患者在常规内科维持治疗的基础上进行牙周基础治疗为研究组,对比两组患者治疗后血清C反应蛋白、炎症因子及血脂水平的差异。结果:两组患者治疗前血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-ɑ等血清炎症因子和TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及FG等血脂水平观察指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-ɑ等血清炎症因子均较治疗前显著降低,并且低于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者血清C反应蛋白、炎症因子及血脂水平与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于牙周炎伴冠心病治疗可以显著降低其血清中CRP、IL-6及TNF-ɑ的含量,有助于后期冠心病的治疗,值得进行临床推广。
Objective: To study the effect of initial periodontal treatment on serum CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and other inflammatory cytokines, lipids of patients with coronary artery disease and periodontitis.Method: 60 cases of patients with coronary artery disease and periodonfitis were selected in the author's hospital from 2013 to 2015.30 eases of the patients were treated by conventional medical maintenance therapy as control group.30 cases patients were treated by periodontal treatment performed on the basis of routine medical maintenance therapy as research group.The CRP, inflammatory eytokines and lipids of serum were compared in research group patients and control group patients after treatment.Result: Serum CRP, IL-6, TNF- α and TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FG of two groups before treatment were no significant differenees(P〉0.05).Serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF- α of research group were significantly lower than before treatment, and lower than the control group of patients, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).After treatment, serum C-reactive protein, inflammatory cytokines and lipid levels of control group compared with before treatment was not significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion: For the treatment of periodontitis with coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α content, contribute to the treatment of coronary heart disease late, worthy of promotion.
