摘要
针对注射模抽芯机构设计中存在的模型修改不便问题,结合UG/KF技术、UDF库创建技术以及Menu Script、UIStyler等UG二次开发工具的综合运用,以斜滑块的智能化设计为例,实现了斜滑块模型的界面参数控制,介绍了一种提高抽芯机构设计效率的智能化设计方法。
According to the problems that the inconvenient of model change existing in the injection mould core-pulling mechanism design, combined the UG/KF technology and the UDF library creating technology and UG secondary development tool of MenuScript and UI- Styler, it illustrated an example of the intelligent design of the slider, the interface parameter control of the slider model was implemented. It introduced a kind of intelligent design method of improving the efficiency of core-pulling mechanism design.
