摘要
针对典型铝型材挤压模的设计流程和关键技术,基于UG NX6.0平台,采用UG/OPEN API、UG/OPEN Menu Script、UG/OPEN UIStyler,UG/OPEN C++4个部分集成;利用Visual C++6.0的内部UF函数语言进行参数化建模,开发了人机交互模具参数化设计模块,实现了典型铝型材挤压模的CAD系统设计。
According to the design processes and key technologies of typical aluminum profiles extrusion die, based on UG NX6.0 platform, the human-computer interaction parametric design of die was developed by integrating UG/Open API, UG/OPEN MenuScript, UG/OPEN UIStyler and UG/OPEN C++, and building parametric modeling with internal UF function language of Vi- sual C++ 6.0, which realized CAD system design of extrusion die for typical aluminium profiles.
