基于HyperMesh铣床夹具的静态和模态有限元分析

摘要 以一种铣床夹具的结构设计为研究对象,建立了其本体结构的有限元计算模型,在具体工况下对其进行静力学分析,得到其应力、位移云图和静刚度;通过模态分析,得到铣床夹具前5阶模态固有频率和主振型,证明该夹具设计合理,能够满足工作需要。同时找出本体的薄弱环节,为该夹具结构优化提供了依据。 Taking the structure of a milling machine fixture as research object, the finite element calculation model of the structure was established. The static analysis was made at the working situation of the milling machine fixture, the stress, displacement and static stiffness were obtained. Also, the natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained after dynamic analysis. It has proved that the rational design of the fixture could meet the work requirements. Furthermore, the weak link was found out, which provided the basis for the optimization of the fixture structure.
