摘要
结合某轿车储物箱支架的结构特点,通过限制性浇口优化分析,确定了熔体注射时的最佳浇注位置;采用切分方法进行了浇口平衡分析,优化了浇注系统,为后续填充、保压、冷却及翘曲等优化分析提供了基础。通过保压冷却等优化分析,最终确定了塑件成型的注射工艺参数,并将其转化成对应的注射螺杆控制参数,降低了生产成本,为成型同类塑件的模具生产实践提供了有益参考。
Based on the structural characteristics of an automobile storage tank bracket, the best pouring position was determined by the optimization analysis of gate limitation. Using the segmentation method to analyze gate balance, it optimized the gating system and provid- ed foundation for subsequent filling, holding pressure, cooling and warpage analysis. Through pressure holding and cooling optimization analysis, the ultimately process parameters were determined and transformed into the corresponding control parameters of plastic screw.
