摘要
叙述了外壳胀形、镦压及口部倒角成形的复合工艺,将原工艺的胀形、镦压及车削口部倒角3个工序合成1副复合模完成制件的成形,减少了1副单工序模及一道机加工工序。重点介绍了制件胀形、镦压及口部倒角成形复合工艺的工作过程及模具结构特点。生产实践表明,模具结构紧凑,生产出的制件合格,质量稳定性好,提高了生产效率,降低了冲压成本,对类似制件的模具结构设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
The composite processes that shell bulging, upsetting and inner chamfering were presented. The original process of bulging, upsetting and inner chamfering was finished by a compound die, which decreased a single die and a machining process. It mainly introduced characteristics of working process and die structure. Practical production showed that the die structure was compact and the products were qualified, which provided reference for die design of similar parts.
