摘要
介绍了一种带有/无侧冲孔切换斜楔在仪表板支架成形冲模中的应用,通过对仪表板支架成形工艺及模具结构的分析,采用一种气动的侧冲孔切换机构,实现了仪表板支架侧面有/无冲孔的2种状态在同一副模具上进行生产,还讲述了该切换机构的结构及工作原理,该模具结构降低了模具工装的开发成本,节省了车间场地的占用面积,提高了工作效率。
The application of a switch wedge with/without side piercing in the stamping die for instrument panel support was presented. By analyzing the stamping process of instrument panel support and the die structure, a pneumatic side piercing switch mechanism was used to realize the two situations of instrument panel support with/without side piercing in a die. It focused on the structure of the switching mechanism and working principle.
