摘要
针对产品拆解过程中的碳排放问题,文章提出了一种解算方法,建立了一套以碳排放量值为评价标准的拆解评价体系。通过对产品零部件拆解序列进行规划排序,根据产品拆解路径得出每步所需要的拆解类型,解算出拆解过程中能耗的大小,使得不同零件联接类型的拆解能耗都有一个量化标准,以此进一步解算出在整个拆解过程中碳排放的量级,最终能够针对产品的环境友好性目标给出一个客观的评价。该文以空调外机的拆解为例,根据所提出的方法解算出空调外机拆解的碳排放当量,利用GaBi软件解算出空调外机全生命周期的碳排放量,通过对比得出空调外机拆解过程的环境友好性评价。
A method for the calculation of carbon emissions in the process of product dismantling is pro-posed, and a set of evaluation system with the standard of carbon emissions is established. By plan- ning order of dismantling sequence of product parts and drawing every dismantling type needed accord- ing to the product dismantling path to calculate the energy consumption of dismantling process, the dismantling energy consumption of different connecting types of parts has a quantitative standard, then the magnitude of carbon emissions throughout the whole process of dismantling is calculated, and finally an objective evaluation for product environment-friendly target is given. Taking the air condi- tioner as an example, the carbon equivalent emissions during the air conditioner dismantling are solved by the proposed method, the carbon emissions of total life cycle of the air conditioner are calculated by using GaBi software, and the environment-friendly evaluation result for the air conditioner dismantling process is drawn by contrast.
