摘要 研究开发了辐射交联聚烯烃热缩套管并与国内外同类热收缩套管(RC、HS、RS、CC)进行了性能对比,分析研究了自制热收缩材料的热缩性能、力学性能、阻燃性能、耐溶剂性、耐老化性及电性能。结果表明,研发的辐射交联聚烯烃热收缩管具有优异的热收缩性能、机械性能、耐老化、耐溶剂性能等综合性能,且性能稳定,满足或优于YMS性能指标,具有一定的实际应用价值,对新型热收缩管的发展研究具有重要的理论和指导意义。 The shape memory materials have attracted increased attention in the aerospace applications. In this paper, the heat shrinkable tubes of radiation crosslinked polyolefin were prepared. The differences of the heat shrinkage properties, solvent resistance, aging resistance and mechanical properties between the self-made tubes (TS)and other same kind of domestic and imported tubes (RC, HS, RS, CC) were investigated. The results indicate that the radiation crosslinked polyolefin have excellent thermal properties, mechanical properties, anti-aging performance and solvent resistance. Their integrated performances are stable and meet or precede the YMS performances index, so the self-made tube has actual application value. This work has important theoretical and guiding significance for the research and development of the new heat-shrinkable tubes.
