摘要
采用107胶、无机填料、偶联剂、交联剂、催化剂等原料制备单组分硅酮耐候密封胶,研究了催化剂用量、偶联剂、交联剂、无机填料对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,当催化剂用量为1.2质量份时,密封胶的力学性能和耐候性能最佳;使用复配的偶联剂、交联剂、无机填料,密封胶具有优良的力学性能;复配偶联剂在基料降温时加入,密封胶具有优异的力学性能和耐候性能。
A one-component silicone sealant was prepared with 107 silicone rubber, inorganic fillers, cross-linkers, coupling agents and catalyst as the raw materials.The effects of catalyst amount, coupling agents, cross linkers and inorganic fillers were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the sealant were the best when the catalyst amount was 1.2 parts; when used compound coupling agent, compound cross-linker and compound inorganic filler, the silicone sealant had good mechanical properties; when the compound coupling agent was added during cooling the base material, the sealant had excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance. This sealant is an ideal silicone sealant product with high weather resistance.
