摘要
为了研究高档男西装面料和衬料的最佳黏合工艺参数,选取企业中常用的6种高档精纺毛织物和6种双点黏合衬作为实验对象,组合成36种不同的面衬料复合物。对影响黏合效果的3因素(温度、速度、压力)采用3因子3水平的正交试验法设计了9种不同的正交组合。选取剥离强度、尺寸变化率和外观质量评级作为评价的指标,通过对面衬料进行压烫实验,分析选取的各指标实验数据,筛选出在9种不同的正交试验下每种复合物的最优剥离强度、尺寸变化率和外观质量,将最终筛选的结果作为各面衬料复合物的最佳压烫工艺选择。
In order to study the best pressing parameters of the fabric and fusible for high quality man's suit,it choosed six species worsted fabric which the enterprise commonly used and double point fusible interlining for the research object,combined into 36 different fabric-interlining compound. For the affecting boding quality of three factors( temperature,speed,pressure) adopts three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment method working out 9 orthogonal combination. Selecting the peel strength,dimensional changes after laundering,appearance quality evaluation for the evaluation index,it analyzed the experimental date of the selected indexes,screen the most optimal peel strength,dimensional changes after laundering,appearance quality under 9 different orthogonal experiments for each of the fabricinterlining compound,through the pressing experiment. It made the final results as the best pressing parameters choice.
