摘要
借助高速摄像机记录跟踪干衣机内运动织物的外轮廓,并采用单因素实验研究织物性能对干衣机内织物运动的影响。同时,研究织物在整个烘干过程中的运动模式,并提出了12个描述织物运动的指标。研究发现:织物面密度、悬垂系数、水分含量是影响干衣机内织物运动的显著因素;织物在整个烘干过程,其运动模式是不断变化的:织物在干衣机内仅维持一种运动模式(滑动或旋转)的烘干效率低于几种运动复合作用运动模式的烘干效率。该项研究可为未来提高干衣机烘干效率提供参考。
A high-speed camera is used to record and trace the outline of fabric movement in the dryer. The relationship between fabric properties and its movement is investigated by single factor experiments. 12 indicators of describing the fabric movement are defined. The results show that drying weight per square meter and drape coefficient of fabric is a significant factor of affecting the fabric movement inside the drying machine. Meanwhile,the fabric movement changes as drying proceed.Fabric movement has a direct effect on drying efficiency. Compared to the repeated single movements such as sliding or rotating, a complex movement pattern showes the highest drying efficiency.Additionally,this result can provide a reference to improve the drying efficiency of dryers in future.
