摘要
基于广义切比雪夫带通滤波器的综合理论,研究了2.3/2.6 GHz腔体双工器的设计原理及仿真方法。利用能产生传输零点的交叉耦合结构,采用公共谐振腔将两个通道滤波器进行合路,通过电磁仿真软件对双工器模型仿真分析,并进行了实物的加工和调试,得到的实测曲线满足设计要求。该双工器已成功应用于4G移动通信系统中,从而论证了该方法的正确性与可行性。
Based on the theory of the general Chebyshev band - pass filter, the design principle and simulation method of a 2. 3 GHz/2. 6 GHz Band coaxial cavity diplexer is studied. The coupling matrix with transmission zeros is calculated in the cross coupling structure filter. Two filters are combined with a common resonant cavity. The diplexer is processed and tuned according to simulation diplexer model which is simulated by electromagnetic simulation soft- ware. The obtained curves agree well with the design specifications. The diplexer is applied successfully to 4G mobile communication system, indicating that this method is correct and feasible.
