流场仿真在水流量标准装置换向器设计中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了水流量标准装置换向器的工作规律和流体力学仿真软件Fluent的特点,提出了Fluent在水流量标准装置设计中应用方法。针对换向器喷嘴射流速度不对称所引起的误差,采用计算流体力学仿真的方法对换向器喷嘴的射流流场分布进行了数值模拟分析,改进换向器喷嘴圆变方接管的部分结构,使其速度分布的对称性得到了提高,从而设计出一种新型换向器。由此可见,计算流体力学仿真技术对水流量标准装置设计研究具有重要意义。 Based on an introduction to the operational principle of diverter for water flow standard device and characteristics of Fluent software, the application of Fluent in the design is proposed. For the error of diverter nozzle caused by the asymmetry of jet velocity, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation method has been used for the optimization design and numerical investigation. By changing the structure of the diverter nozzle, the velocity dis- tribution of symmetry has been improved, and a new type of diverter has been achieved. Thus, the computational flu- id dynamics (CFD) simulation technology has a great important on the design and research of water flow standard de- vice.
