摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者FAS和FAS配体基因(FAS ligand,FASLG)m RNA的表达情况,及其与系统性红斑狼疮临床特征的关系。方法选取2015年1月-2015年12月于吉林大学第一医院风湿免疫科诊断为系统性红斑狼疮患者47例作为系统性红斑狼疮组,健康者47例作为对照组,系统性红斑狼疮组又分为活动性系统性红斑狼疮组和非活动性系统性红斑狼疮组。观察各组FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达,以及FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达与系统性红斑狼疮患者临床特点的关系。结果系统性红斑狼疮组FAS m RNA相对表达量高于对照组(P<0.05),活动期系统性红斑狼疮组FAS m RNA相对表达量高于非活动期系统性红斑狼疮组(P<0.05)。FASLG m RNA相对表达量在各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。系统性红斑狼疮有发热和无发热者FAS m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有面部红斑和无面部红斑者FAS和FASLG m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有皮疹和无皮疹者FASLG m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单核细胞中FAS m RNA水平升高,且与疾病活动期有关,系统性红斑狼疮患者的部分临床特点与FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达有关。
Objective To explore the expressions of FAS mRNA and FAS ligand (FASLG) mRNA in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and to analyze their relationships with the clinical features of SLE. Methods Forty-seven patients treated for systemic lupus erythematosus in the Division of Rheumatology of the First Hospital of Jilin University between Jan. 2015 and Dec. 2015 were selected as SLE group, 47 healthy people as control group. The SLE group was further divided into active SLE group and inactive SLE group. The expressions of FAS mRNA and FASLG mRNA, as well as the relationships of the expressions of FAS mRNA and FASLG mRNA with the clinical characteristics of SLE patients were observed in each group. Results The relative expression of FAS mRNA in the SLE group was higher than that of the control group (P〈 0.05). The relative expression of FAS mRNA in the active SLE group was higher than that in the inactive SLE group (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in relative expression of FASLG mRNA between any two groups (P〉 0.05). The difference of FAS mRNA expression had no significant difference between the systemic lupus erythematosus patients with fever and those without fever (P〈 0.05). The differences in the FAS mRNA and FASLG mRNA expressions were statistically significant between the SLE patients with facial erythema and those without (P〈 0.05). The difference of the FASLG mRNA expression was statistically significant between the SLE patients with rash and those without rash (P〈 0.05). Conclusions The FAS mRNA level in the peripheral mononuclear cells of systemic lupus erythematosus patients elevates and is related to disease activity. Part of the clinical features of the patients are correlated to the expressions of FAS mRNA and FASLG mRNA.
