摘要 目的探讨双源容积灌注计算机体层摄影血管造影法(VPCTA)检测脑血管狭窄的可行性。方法回顾性分析36例缺血性脑血管病的VPCTA与常规计算机体层摄影血管造影(CTA)图像,比较两种方法对颅内血管显示的图像质量和对血管狭窄的诊断效果。结果两者图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.654,P=0.513),两者对颅内血管狭窄程度的诊断一致性较好(P<0.05)。结论 VPCTA可以替代常规CTA检测缺血性脑血管病患者的脑血管狭窄病变。 Objective To discuss the feasibility of cerebral volume perfusion computed tomography angiog- raphy (VPCTA) with dual-source CT for detection of vascular stenosis. Methods The VPCTA and regular CTA images of 36 patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease were retrospectively analyzed. The quality and effect of the two methods in diagnosis of vascular stenosis were compared. Results The mean image quality score of the conventional CTA was higher than that of VPCTA, but there was no significant difference (Z = - 0.654, P= 0.513). The two methods were consistent in evaluating the degree of stenosis (Kappa = 0.888 〉 0.75, P〈 0.01). Conclusions VPCTA can replace conventional CTA for detection of intracranial vascular steno- sis in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease.
