摘要
针对数控机床转台蜗轮蜗杆中心距装配偏差不合理导致蜗轮蜗杆啮合过程出现抖动现象的问题,应用矢量环公差数学理论在三维软件CETOL中进行建模,并用公差分析理论进行公差分析与优化。通过公差分析与优化,使蜗轮蜗杆中心距装配偏差满足设计要求,从而避免了蜗轮蜗杆在啮合过程中产生抖动。
Aiming at the problem of the jitter during engagement process of gear worm due to the misalignment of the center distance of the worm wheel and worm gear, the mathematical theory of vector loop tolerance was used for modeling in the 3D software CETOL and the tolerance analysis theory was used to analyze and optimize the tolerance. Through analysis and optimization of the tolerance, the deviation of the center distance of the worm gear could meet the design requirements so that the jitter during the engagement process could be avoided.
