摘要
针对实际使用中快锻机组送料回转小车回转部分减速箱箱体频繁开裂问题,结合现场实际工况,从箱体传动结构、箱体受力情况等方面分析了减速箱箱体损坏的原因。基于分析结果,对小车回转部分的结构形式进行了改进优化,成功应用于实际生产中,使用效果良好,有效地保证了送料回转小车的正常高效工作。
Aiming at the problems of frequent cracking of the reduction gearbox in the rotating pall of feeding slewing trolley of the fast forging unit in practical service and in combination with the actual working conditions, the cause of the damage of the gearbox body was analyzed from the aspects of' the transmission structure of the case body and the stress applied to the case body. Based on the analysis resuhs, the strnetural style of the rotating part of the trolley was improved and optimized, anti the trolley had sueeessfitl application in the actual production with sound service while ensuring the feeding slewing trolley for normal and high-efficient working.
