摘要
针对叶片锻件在设计过程中主要依靠工程师的经验进行手工绘制、工作强度大、设计过程烦琐、设计效率低等问题,以UG软件为平台,将知识融合(KF)技术中的工程知识库和工程验算规则与UG二次开发技术相结合,开发出基于KF的叶片锻件参数化设计系统。结果表明,基于KF的叶片锻件参数化设计系统在企业实际生产中能对经验规则进行较好的整理和重用,有效提高叶片锻件的设计效率,从而实现叶片锻件参数化设计的自动化。
Aiming at the problem that in the design process of blade forgings, it mainly relies on the engineer's experience with high hand drawing work intensity, cumbersome design process and low design efficiency, a parametric design system of blade forging based on knowledge fusion (KF) was developed by taking UG software as the platform and combining the engineering knowledge base and the engineering checking rules in KF technology with the secondary development of UG technology. The results show that the parameterized design system of blade forging based on KF can organize and reuse the rule of experience in the actual production of the enterprise, and effectively improve the design efficiency of the blade forging, so as to realize the automation of the parameterized design of the blade forging.
