摘要 介绍了数字化环境下航空零件集成设计理念,分析了大型机翼整体壁板结构特征及成型工艺方法,开展了机翼壁板的展开建模重构工作。因飞机理论外形前、后缘存在曲率变化较大的特性,采用现有的加工方法无法满足装配容差要求,因此提出一种局部区域不展的方法进行展开计算,在保证几何尺寸不变及过渡区光顺平滑的前提下,实现机翼壁板的展开,为大型壁板零件成型工艺提出新思路。 Introduced the integrated design concept of aeronautic parts under digital environment, analyzed the structural characteristics and the fomnng technology of the integral wing panel and reconstructed the spread modeling for the wing panel. Due to the large curvature change of front and rear edge of the aircraft in theory, the existing processing methods could not meet the assembly tolerance requirements, Therefore, a method was proposed to conduct the spread calculation with partial area not being spread, and the spread of tbe wing panel was realized under the precondition that the geometric size was unchanged and the transition zone was smootb. This provided a new idea for the forming process of the large panel parts.
