Quotation is the beginning of concrete cooperation between the two sides in business activities. The quality and efficiency of quotation have a decisive influence on the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the whole quotation process of the marketing department in an electronic OEM plant, used flow chart and Petri net to analyze the whole process. On the basis of the analysis, the operational sequence, lead time and station were improved in combination with lean management ideas, so that the time for quotation was reduced while the customer value and enterprise competitiveness were enhanced.
