摘要 以海泡石为主要原料,探究悬浮剂最佳悬浮率的工艺。选定改性剂质量、增稠剂质量、反应时间、反应温度作为影响因素,以静置2 h的悬浮率为评价指标。在单因素试验设计法的基础之上,采用响应面分析,确定最佳工艺条件,得到最佳悬浮率。5 g海泡石当使用改性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)质量为0.25 g、增稠剂聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)的质量为0.05 g、反应温度为77℃、反应时间为2.5 h时,实际悬浮率为92.693%,接近预测值92.755%。 Using sepiolite as the main material, to explore the best suspension ratio of sepiolite. The mass of modifier and thickening agent, the reaction time and the reaction temperature was obtained based on the results of 2 h suspension rate level. According to the single factor experiment design method, the influence of the factors on the suspension rate was investigated through the response surface, and then the best conditions were determined. When the content of CTAB was 0.25 g, the mass of thickening agent PVB was 0.05 g, reaction temperature was 77℃ and reaction time was 2.5 h, the practical suspension rate reached 92.693%%, which was close to the predicted value of 92.755%.
