Through the establishment of a manufacturer and a retailer＇s supply chain, the influence of the altruistic and fairness concerns for wholesale prices, carbon emissions and the retail price of manufacturers and retailers was analyzed. Wholesale price and retail price with the retailer＇s altruism are positive correlation, with fairness concerns are negative correlation, and negatively related to the manufacturer＇s altruism, fairness concerns are positive correlation; Carbon reduction is positively related to retailers＇ and manufacturers＇ altruism, and fairness concerns of retailers and manufacturers tend to have a negative correlation, which was finally verified through a numerical value assignment.
