沿海居民消费与海洋经济增长的灰色关联分析

Grey Relational Analysis of Coastal Households Consumption and Marine Economy Growth

选取2006-2013年全国11个沿海省份的相关数据，应用灰色关联分析方法研究了沿海居民消费对海洋经济增长的影响。研究结果表明，沿海居民消费对中国海洋经济发展影响较大，但影响程度整体上呈下降趋势；整体看，沿海居民消费对第一产业的影响程度要大于对第二、三产业的影响，海洋经济增长受沿海城镇居民消费的影响要大于受农村居民消费的影响；不同地区的海洋经济受居民消费影响的程度也不同，经济发展水平越高，开放程度越高的地区，其海洋经济受居民消费的影响越不显著，且受农村居民消费的影响要比受城镇居民消费的影响大。

Relevant data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2006 to 2013 were chose to analyze the im- pact of coastal households consumption on marine economy based on Grey Relational Analysis. It was showed thatthe coastal households consumption has a great impact on the development of marine economy, but the degree of this impact is on the decline. From the whole point of view, coastal households consump- tion has a greater impact on primary ocean product than secondary ocean product and tertiary ocean prod- uct, and the consumption of coastal urban households has a more significant impact on the development of marine economy than the consumption of coastal rural households. Thirdly, the degrees of this impact vary from different regions, the more developed and more open the region is, the less its marine economy will be affected by the consumption of coastal households, and comparing to the consumption of coastal urban households, the consumption of coastal rural households has a greater impact on marine economy.
