摘要
电能表自动检定流水线在各个地区的应用逐步普及,但如何确保其在长时间大负荷的工作状态下检定结果的准确性,是我们急需关注的问题。本文提出一种新型的自动检定流水线计量特性的智能监测关键技术,并且开发出一套具有兼容性、准确性。高效性的智能监测核查器,成功解决电能表自动检定流水线计量特性的准确可靠性问题,实现对电能表自动检定全过程的监控,确保每一批次检定任务结果的准确。
Automatic verification line has been widely used in verification production of provincial electric power metering center. It's a problem that poor efficiency is caused in the case of verifying large-scale automatic verification line, compare to traditional manual testing apparatus. According to the general methods for quality control, this paper proposes a monitoring criterion and method based on measurement uncertainty transfer comparison method, and experimentally verified this criterion and method which ensures test equipment is controllable and in control, test results are accurate and reliable.
