摘要
基于资源基础理论,从承接商视角探讨了资源整合与创新对IT外包绩效的作用机理,并检验了服务质量在其中的中介作用。通过对大连200多家IT外包承接商的调查,并采用最小二乘法分析、处理数据,对模型进行验证,研究结果表明:资源整合与创新对IT外包绩效均无显著的直接正向关系,它们均需通过服务质量间接影响IT外包绩效,服务质量在资源整合与创新影响IT外包绩效的关系中均起完全中介作用。
Based on the resource-based theory, this study advanced research on the impact of resource integration and innovation on IT outsourcing performance from the vendor's perspective. In addition, taking into ac- count the importance of service quality in IT outsourcing, we introduced service quality as a mediating variable to explore the inner mechanism between resource integration/innovation and IT outsourcing performance. Over 200 questionnaires were gathered and analyzed. The empirical results from partial least squares analysis indicated that there was no significant direct relationship between resource integration and innovation and vendor's IT outsourcing performance. Service quality, the intermediate variable, played a mediating role that indirectly impacted the outsourcing performance.
