摘要 设计了一款167r/min、36槽30极、11.6k W的外转子永磁同步电动机。利用ANSYS/Maxwell有限元分析软件建立了该款电动机的二维有限元仿真模型,对齿槽转矩、定转子气隙磁场、输出转矩进行了仿真,对径向力波进行了分析,结果表明该款电动机的力波次数均为0,有利于降低电动机的振动与噪声。在工程实践上具有一定的参考价值。 An outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor with 167 r/min,30 poles and 11. 6k W was designed. A 2D finite-element simulation model of the motor was established by ANSYS/Maxwell finite-element analysis software. The air-gap magnetic fields of stator and rotor,cogging torque and output torque were simulated,and the radial force wave was analyzed. The result shows that times of force waves of the motor are all zero,so it is beneficial to reduce vibration and noise of the motor. This paper has some reference value in engineering practice.
