摘要
氯化蒸馏残渣中的锗在氢氧化钠浓度432g/L、液固比41、85℃浸出2h的条件下,锗浸出率可达99.21%,硅浸出率可达99.98%。浸出液通过离子交换方式进行分离锗和硅,然后进行沉锗和沉硅处理,锗的综合回收率可达99%。
Abstract:Germanium and silicon leaching rate is 99.21% and 99.98% respectively from distillation residue under the conditions including sodium hydroxide concentration of 432 4 : 1, leaching temperature of 85 ℃, and leaching time of 2 h. Germanium and silicon can from leached liquor by ion exchange. Comprehensive recovery of germanium is 99% after process of silicon and germanium. chlorination g/L, L/S of be separated precipitation
