楼板连接形式对水电站厂房结构性能的影响分析

摘要 本文以某水电站地面厂房为例,建立三维有限元模型,研究了楼板搭接的模拟方法,并针对楼板与上下游墙体的不同连接形式,对结构的变形和自振特性进行了研究,另外计算分析了地震作用下的结构响应。结果表明,采用非线性接触方法能够准确地模拟楼板与墙体间的搭接连接形式;楼板采用搭接形式既不利于控制厂房上部结构的变形,也不利于结构的抗振;但是楼板上下游均采用搭接形式,能够有效降低顺河向地震作用下楼板与墙体连接处的应力峰值,对结构强度设计有利。 Taking the surface plant of some a hydropower station as an example, the three-dimensional finite element model is built to research the simulation method of floor slab, and research the deformation and self-vibration characteristics of the structure for the different connecting form between the floor slab with the upper and lower walls. In addition, the structure response under the earthquake action is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the non-linear contact method could accurately simulate the lapped connecting form between the floor slot and the wall. The lapped connecting form of the floor slot is not conducive to control the deformation of the up per structure of the plant, is also not conducive to structural vibration. But the lapped connecting form are all adopted for the upper and lower floor slot, which could effectively reduce the peak stress of the connecting place between the floor slot and the wall under the earthquake action along the river direction, then the design of the structural strength is benefit.
