摘要
液体活检通过分析外周血中循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)和循环肿瘤核酸(ctDNA、microRNA)基因的表达和变异,从而获取肿瘤发生、转移和治疗的信息,在肿瘤的精准治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。发展有效的CTC、ctDNA及microRNA的检测仪器显得尤为重要。本文分析了目前国内外液体活检的相关仪器;介绍了"数字诊疗装备研发"国家重点专项"微流控器件-核酸质谱集成装备研制及在肿瘤精准医学中的应用解决方案"的研发情况。
Liquid biopsy, that is, analysis of gene mutations and expression related to tumorigenesis, metastasis and therapy on circulating tumor cells (CTC) and cell-free circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) or microRNA released into the peripheral blood from metastatic deposits, hold a great promise in precision medicine. Developing efficient detection equipment is significant. We analyze the recent processes in the "liquid biopsy" instrument. Specially, we discuss the project of "Fabrication of Microchip-Nucleic Acids Mass Spectra Equipment and its Application in Precision Medicine", which is one of the state key project of "Research of Digital Theranostic Equipment "
