摘要 采用激光填丝钎焊对2 mm厚高体份(体积分数75%)Sip/Al复合材料接头进行连接。研究不同工艺参数(光斑、坡口形式、热输入)下的焊缝成形特征,观察接头的组织形貌,对不同热输入条件下的接头进行力学性能评价。结果表明:采用圆形光斑,开60°V型坡口,脉冲焊接模式适合该复合材料的焊接,焊缝成形较好。焊缝组织的演变与母材熔入的Si增强相含量密切相关。焊接接头的最大抗拉强度为42.4 MPa,达到母材的67%。试件断裂方式主要有两种:线能量较小时连接状况较差,熔合区易发生断裂;线能量较大时焊缝缺陷较多,易发生断裂。 Laser brazing of 2 mm-thick Sip/A1 composite (volume fraction 75%) with AI-Mg based filler were performed. Influence of different processing parameters including spot type,groove and heat input on weld appearance were investigated. After that the microstructures were observed and tensile strength of joints obtained at different heat inputs were evaluated. The results indicated that circular spot, 60° V groove at pulse mode is suitable for joining Sip/Al composite. The evolution process of weld microstructure is closely associated with the amount of Si from base metal involved into the weld. The maximum tensile strength could reach 42.4 MPa, which is 67% that of base metal. There are two fracture modes,fracture occurred at fusion line when at low heat input,while fracture at weld at large heat input with more defects.
