摘要
针对超级电容器欠缺大电流恒电流充电电源的问题,分析恒电流电源关键技术,并以超级电容器主要特征为基础,经过效率测算确定了恒电流充电电路的输入电压,获得较高转换效率。该恒电流电源控制器基于单片机设计,可手动设置输出电流数值,并设置输出电压检测端,以防止电容过充电。实验样机实现了对大容量超级电容器的大电流快速充电,实验结果验证了可调恒电流充电控制电路的可行性和可靠性,具有推广价值。
According to the problems of lack large-current constant current charging power supply for the super capacitor,the key of constant current power supply was analyzed ,then based on the super capacitor characteristics, and through efficiency measurement to determine the input voltage for the constant current charging circuit,finally high conversion efficiency was obtained. The controller design was based on single chip machine,the output current value could be manually set,and the output voltage detection was used to prevent the capacitance overcharging. Experimental prototype can fast charge super capacitor with large current,the experimental results verifies the feasibility and reliability of the adjustable constant current charge circuit,with wide application.
