摘要
介绍了某反应堆压力容器焊缝及热影响区辐照样品管制造要求,通过分析其焊接工艺,结合制造厂经验反馈,研究了辐照监督管焊接中常见的质量问题,提出从优化焊接参数、提高焊接设备稳定性和做好焊接母材表面检验三个方面进行控制,防止辐照监督管焊接产生缺陷,从而提高焊接质量,为后续的辐照监督管焊接质量控制提供指导。
This paper introduces manufacture requirements of the reactor pressure vessel welding seam and heat affected zone irradiation sample tube,carries on the discussion and analysis in the process of welding technology. Through the factory feedback,it points out the common welding quality problem in the irradiation sample tube,and puts forward the improving welding parameter selection, improves the stability of the welding equipment, and makes welding base metal surface inspection three aspects to prevent welding defects. At the same time, it points out that welding quality control for the plugging holes is the key process for manufacture the irradiation monitoring pipe.
