脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤在CT及MRI的表现与诊断

The manifestations and diagnosis of CT and MRI for intraventricular neurocytoma

目的探讨脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤的影像学特征。方法随机选取2012年7月至2015年5月期间本院收治的脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤患者10例，所有患者均经由手术及病理检查得到确诊，对其进行CT及MRI检查，并对患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果本次研究中8例患者病灶位于侧脑室且靠近透明隔，透明隔同宽基相连，透明隔存在不同程度受压状况且向对侧移位；4例患者接受CT平扫，其肿瘤均呈现分叶状，可见结节状钙化，幕上脑室系统存在明显扩大表现，呈现脑积水改变。结论脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤具有一定的影像学特征，结合患者的临床资料及其CT、MRI检查结果，可对患者作出较为准确的术前诊断，但对于儿童患者，应结合各项辅助检查以排除疑似肿瘤类型。

Objective To explore the imaging features of intraventricular neurocytoma. Methods 10 cases of intraventricular neurocytoma admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected, all patients were diagnosed via surgery and pathology, their imaging data of CT and MRI examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the study, the lesions of eight patients were in the lateral ventricle and close to septum pellucidum, septum pellucidum connected with wide base, there were different degrees of pressurized situation in septum pellucidum and shift to the opposite side. 4 patients received CT scan, the tumor was lobulated, nodular calcifications visible, on the screen ventricular system performance had significantly expanded presence, showing hydrocephalus change. Conclusions Intraventricular neurocytoma has certain imaging characteristics, combined with the clinical data and CT, MRI findings, we can make a more accurate preoperative diagnosis for patients, but for pediatric patients, we should combine the additional tests to rule out suspected tumor types.
