针刺督脉穴位治疗抑郁症的Meta分析

Meta analysis on Du channel acupuncture in the treatment of depression

目的系统评价针刺督脉穴位治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法在线检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据医学信息系统、中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed中针灸治疗抑郁症的研究文献，检索起止年限定为2000年1月1日至2015年12月30日，同时辅以手工检索，评价纳入文献的质量，并用RevMan5-3软件对遴选出的文献进行Meta分析。结果在筛选出的778篇文献中，经遴选后有9篇符合纳入条件；Meta分析结果显示，治疗4周时针刺督脉穴位治疗抑郁症的疗效优于西药组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗6周时针刺督脉组与西药组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论针刺督脉穴位治疗抑郁症的临床疗效明显优于西药组。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Du channel acupuncture in the treatment of depression. Methods The clinical articles in WanFang database, CNKI, VIP, CBM, and PubMed from January the 1st, 2000 to November the 30th, 2015 were searched, and some references were also manually searched, The quality of the included studies was assessed. Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3 software. Results There were 778 literatures in accordance with the criteria, and 9 articles met the inclusion criteria. The results of Meta analysis showed that the efficacy of Du channel acupuncture was better than that of western medicine after 4 weeks＇ treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of Du channel acupuncture for depression is better than that of western medicine.
