护理教学中临床能力评估工具CAT-NE的编译和评析

Compilation and analysis of clinical assessment tool for nursing education （CAT-NE）

本文介绍了2016年冰岛阿库雷里大学UNAK和挪威护理学院老师研究并循证的一种新的临床能力评估工具ClinicalAssessmentToolforNursingEducation（CAT-NE），旨在为以能力为中心的高等护理教育提供国外最新护理教学的发展研究成果。CAT-NE可按照护理教学4年各学期教学目标，定制专用的临床能力评估工具，值得高等护理学校师生进行循证测试。

This article introduced a new clinical assessment tool for nursing education （CAT-NE） which was developed and validated by University of Akureyri and Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Care and Nursing, NTNU, Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2016, and the aim of this article was to provide the newest study and development of foreign nursing education for China high nursing education centered on competence. CAT-NE may be customized a specialized clinical competence evaluation tool according to the education objects four-years seminar, and it could be evaluated and validated by the teachers and students of our high nursing education.
