摘要
建立疏浚抓斗和土体的二维仿真模型。以南海疏浚土壤为研究对象,选择了较为合适的Mohr-Coulomb模型进行分析。采用ALE法对主要区域进行网格划分,解决了网格畸变的问题。在抓斗运动轨迹上预设一条1 mm的细缝,通过设置抓斗和土体之间的接触关系,模拟仿真过程中两者之间的挤压和摩擦作用。仿真得到的挖掘阻力曲线在一定程度上反映了挖掘过程阻力变化的情况。
The 2D simulation model is developed for dredging grab and earth body. With dredging soil in South Sea as the study object, a proper Mohr-Coulomb model is developed for analysis. Mesh generation is performed for major areas with ALE method to solve the problem of mesh distortion. A lmm crevice is set on the grab motion trajectory, and the contact relation between the dredging grab and earth body is set to simulate the extrusion and friction action between the dredging grab and earth body. The simulated digging resistance curve is obtained to reflect the resistance change of the digging process to a certain extent.
