摘要
通过对所使用的剪叉式升降平台液压系统和钢结构的分析,阐述不同的液压系统和钢结构对升降台液压缸同步的影响。提出使液压升降台平台液压缸同步的改造方案,指出改造液压系统调试注意事项。通过液压系统和结构优化两方面的改造,使平台的同步问题得到解决,达到预期效果。
The paper analyzes the hydraulic system and steel structure of the shear-fork hydraulic elevator platform, describes the effect of different hydraulic systems and steel structures on the synchronization of the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting platform, puts forward the improvement scheme for synchronization of hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic elevator platform, and presents the precautions for debugging of the improved hydraulic system. Through improvement of the hydraulic system and structural optimization, the synchronization problem of the platform is solved and could reach the expected effect.
