摘要
目的研究小青龙口服液治疗小儿支气管哮喘伴感染的临床疗效。方法选择2013年7月至2014年5月到我院就诊的小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期呼吸道感染的患儿80例进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患儿给予抗感染和解痉平喘等基础性的治疗;观察组患儿在对照组的基础上,给予小青龙口服液进行治疗。治疗后,观察病原体分布以及构成比、疗效、各种症状以及免疫功能指标。结果 80例患儿共检测出89株病原体,其中37株细菌,以肺炎克雷伯菌为主,占12%,其次是大肠埃希菌,占8%,52株病毒,合胞病毒的比例最高,占20%;经过治疗后,观察组显效26例,有效11例,总有效率高达93%;对照组显效15例,有效15例,总有效率仅为75%;观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中的患儿支气管哮喘急性发作症状体征消失的时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05);2组患儿在得到治疗以后,免疫球蛋白IgM、IgA、IgG没有明显的变化(P>0.05);CD3+、CD8+的水平相比于治疗以前有明显的升高,而且观察组升高的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);CD4+/CD8+有明显的下降,而且观察组的下降水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小青龙口服液佐治小儿支气管哮喘伴感染疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong oral liquid in treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with infection. Methods Eighty cases children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma espiratory tract infection from July 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were researched. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given anti infection, spasmolysis and other basic treatment. The observation group were given Xiaoqinglong oral liquid treatment additional. After a period of treatment, the pathogen distribution and composi- tion ratio, efficacy, various symptoms and immune function indexes were observed. Results Eighty cases children were detected in 89 strains of pathogens, including 37 strains of bacteria, with Klebsiella pneumoniae, accounting for 12%, followed by Escherichia coil, accounting for 8%, 52 strains of virus, RSV the highest proportion, accounting for 20%. After treatment, the Markedly effective cases of observation group was 26 cases, effective cases was 11 cases, the total the efficiency was up to 93%. The Markedly effective cases of the control group was 15 ca- ses, effective cases was 15 cases, the total effective rate was 75%. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Because of P 〈0.05, so the data difference had statistical significance. The acute asthma symptoms disappeared time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, because of P 〈0.05, so the data difference lad statistical significance. The two groups in the treatment, immunoglobulin IgM, IgA and IgG did not change significantly ( P 〉0.05) ,compared CD3, CD8^+ levels in the treatment had significantly increased, and the level of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈0.05); CD4^+/CD8^+ decreased significantly, and the observation group under the precipitation level was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈. 05). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong oral liquid in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children is significantly associated with infection curative effect, high safety, worthy of promotion.
