摘要
以磷酸、硫酸锰和硫酸铵为原料采用液相沉淀法制备磷酸铵锰,系统考察了反应温度、pH值、搅拌速率、反应时间、磷锰摩尔比n(P)∶n(Mn)和氮锰摩尔比n(N)∶n(Mn)对产物纯度的影响,结合正交试验优化,获得的磷酸铵锰的纯度大于99%,产率大于98%,并测定了其在100mL 2%柠檬酸中的溶解度及堆密度、休止角、pH值及吸湿性等,为磷酸铵锰的工业化生产及使用提供指导。
Manganese ammonium phosphate was prepared by liquid-phase method with phosphoric acid, manganese sulfate and ammonium sulfate as raw materials. The effects of reaction tem- perature, pH value, stirring speed, reaction time, phosphorus- manganese ratio and nitrogen-manganese ratio on the purity of manganese ammonium phosphate were reviewed systematically. And the manganese ammonium phosphate with the purity in the product exceeding 99% and the yield being more than 98% was obtained through the orthogonal experiment. The solubility. bulk density, pH value,hygroscopicity and the angle of repose of manganese ammonium phosphate were measured, which provides a guidance for the industrial production and application.
