人参辅酶Q10复配制剂增强小鼠免疫力的实验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on immunopotentiation of ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations in mice

摘要 目的研究人参辅酶Q10复配制剂增强免疫力的作用。方法以0.083、0.167、0.500 g/(kg·bw)低、中、高3个剂量,给小鼠连续灌胃30 d后,观察小鼠免疫器官脏器/体重比值、细胞免疫与体液免疫等功能的变化。另设对照组灌胃予以等体积的植物油。结果人参辅酶Q10处理组与对照组比较,能显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应能力、抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值、NK细胞活性(P<0.05),且具有剂量依赖性;但各剂量对小鼠体重增长、胸腺/体重比值、脾脏/体重比值、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、淋巴细胞转化能力及巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论提示人参辅酶Q10复配制剂具有增强免疫力的作用。 Objective To study the effect of ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations on immunopotentiation. Methods The mice were divided into the low-, medium- and high-dose ginseng-coenzyme QlO mixed preparation groups ( 0.083g/kg.bw, 0.167g/kg.bw and 0.500g/kg.bw) respectively, and then they were given ginseng-coenzyme QlO mixed preparations by gavage for 30 successive days. The control group was intragastrically administered with the same volume of vegetable oil. The changes of im- mune organs/body weight ratio, cellular immunity and humoral immunity in these mice were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the high-dose ginseng-coenzyme QlO mixed preparation group could significantly improve delayed type hyper- sensitivity, the number of antibody-producing cells, HC50 value and NK cell activity ( all P〈0.05 ) and showed a dose-dependen- cy. The low-, medium- and high-dose ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations showed no obvious effect on body weight gain, thymus/body weight ratio, spleen/body weight ratio, the expurgation and phagocytosis function of monocyte-macrophage, lympho- cyte transformation and the number of macrophages swallowing chicken erythrocytes ( all P〉0.05 ). Conclusion The results in- dicate that ginseng-coenzyue Q10 mixed preparations contribute to immunopotentiation.
