摘要 从测温准确性、安全性、快速性和经济性方面对几种常用的重症病人体温监测方式进行综合评价,主要包括血液温度、鼻咽温度、膀胱温度监测3种有创测温方式及直肠、颞动脉温度、额温、腋温监测4种无创体温监测方式。建议医务人员应根据病人实际需要选择体温测量方式,在满足治疗、护理需要的同时尽量选择舒适、安全、经济的测温方式。 This article comprehensive evaluated body temperature monitoring methods on several critically ill patients from these aspects : accuracy, safety, rapidity, and economy of temperature measurement.The measurements of temperature monitoring include three kinds of invasive temperature measurement methods on blood, nasopharyngeal,and urinary bladder; four kinds of noninvasive body temperature monitoring methods on rectal, temporal artery, forehead and axillary.It is suggested that the medical staff should choose the temperature measurement method according to the actual needs of the patients, and try to choose comfortable, safe and economical temperature measurement methods to meet the needs of treatment and nursing.
