血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与2型糖尿病及并发糖尿病肾病的相关性研究

Research on correlations between serum gamma glutamyltransferase and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)与单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)及糖尿病性肾病(DN)的相关性。方法收集健康者(对照组)54例、2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)73例和糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)73例的相关资料,并测定其血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、肌酐(Cre)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)含量以及24小时尿蛋白定量(24hU-Pro),并进行比较分析。结果与健康对照组相比,T2DM组GGT、ALT、AST水平和FPG明显升高(P<0.05),DN组的各项观察指标均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);与T2DM组相比,DN组ALT、AST水平无明显差异(P>0.05),而SOD、GSH明显降低(P<0.05),其它指标均明显升高(P<0.05)。T2DM患者血清GGT水平与FPG、AST、ALT具有相关性,其中与FPG关系最密切(r=0.927);DN患者GGT水平与所有检测指标均具有相关性,其中与24hU-Pro关系最密切(r=0.973)。结论血清GGT与T2DM、DN有一定相关性,可能是导致这两种疾病发生的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the correlations between serum gamma glutamyltransferase（GGT）and type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）complicated with diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods The informationof healthy people（Control group）54cases,type 2diabetic mellitus patients（T2DMgroup）73cases and diabetic nephropathy patients（DN group）73cases was collected.The serum levels of gammaglutamyltranspeptidase（GGT）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,glutathione（GSH）,8-hydroxy deoxy guanosine（8-OHdG）,creatinine（CRE）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,uric acid（UA）and fasting plasma glucose（FPG）were detected and 24 hurinary protein（24hU-Pro）was determinedquantitatively.Finally,thedata of three groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the Control group,the levels of GGT,ALT,AST and FPG were significantly higher in the T2 DM group（P〈0.05）,and allthe observation indexes of DN group were significantly higher than those in Control group;compared with the T2 DM group,AST,ALT levels of DN groupwere not significantly different（P〉0.05）,while SOD and GSH were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and other indexes were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.The level of GGT in T2 DM group was correlated with FPG,AST and ALT,which is most closely related to FPG（r=0.927）;The level of GGT in DNgroup was correlated with all the observation indexes,which is most closely related to24hU-Pro FPG（r=0.973）.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between serum GGT and T2 DM complicated with DN,which may be the risk factors of these two diseases.
